Divine and Creative Occasions Bridal Boutique, we offer a wide variety of services tailored to meet the needs of our unique and special customers. Below is a general overview of what we will provide for you:

Full Service Coordination
For couples who would like to feel like royalty on their Wedding Day!!


  1. Make initial contact with Bride and Groom — set meeting at Church and Reception Venue to review options and needs to begin wedding worksheet.

  2. Coordinate and Determine needs for wedding: Sound, piano player, music etc…Rental Equipment: Kneeler, Candelabras, Candle Lighters, who will light candelabras, unity candles, etc. Music stands for Readers/Soloists (to be passed on to sound person).

  3. Coordinate and Determine Timing: When they need to get in to the sanctuary/lobby to decorate what time rehearsal begins, when attendants/family needs to arrive for ceremony preparation/pictures, walk through the ceremony itself.

  4. Coordinate and Determine Seating Arrangements: Who is ushering for seating of mothers/grandmothers, special/ honored guests. Also, where applicable, step dad and step mom seating arrangements, as well as others as needed, where people will be seated (VIP's, immediate family, Bride's side, Groom's side) Order of groomsmen/bridesmaids, any other special details.

    • Free Complimentary Consultation – Initial Meeting – Subsequent Meetings as necessary
    • Coordination and Development of Budget – to ensure that everything is paid for at least 30 days before the Wedding.
    • Coordinate Venue selection - Contact all vendors prior to wedding to confirm details –dates, time for Ceremony, Reception and Vendor Management
    • Unlimited phone and email consultations
    • Direct all planning and production
    • Design or recommend direction for color palette, florals, linens, rentals, tents, lighting etc.
    • Guidance on etiquette and protocol
    • Guidance for menu planning/food tasting
    • Day of Coordination – Ensure time lines and seating arrangements are carried out
    • Arrive one (1) hour before wedding startsCoordinate and direct the rehearsal, ceremony and reception
    • Provide a detailed timeline for rehearsal & wedding to appropriate vendors
    • Distribute final payments to vendors on day of wedding
    • Make sure everyone is in the right places at the right times for the ceremony and the reception to ensure a prompt start time.

Our Philosophy on the Wedding Day:

"It takes a village to raise a child". It is going to take a big team effort from all of your vendors working together to make sure your wedding day happens successfully. We are not church coordinators, reception event managers, DJ's, or photographers. Nor do any of them do our job. We all have our role and by communicating with one another, we really can have a fun day while getting the job done This service really goes beyond just the day of the wedding. Throughout the course of your planning, we are your own personal wedding coach.
